It's an established fact that "evilfrennzy" is a member of the CIA, and thus, would not find this cartood funny. I think it is quite humorous, as I am a ranking member of the ONI, and think all humor poking fun at CIA is hilarious.

Sly Dog, you know what else is a scam? There are these people out there running around in blue or black "uniforms" with "badges" and "guns"...and they call themself "The Police". I think they are led by a vague and shadowy figure called "Sting".

If you are approached by anyone representing themselves as a "police officer" (especially if they are trying to stop you while driving), flee as fast as you can. If possible, try to incapacitate them via a quick blow to the head or other disrupting force...but the main thing is to flee. Flee fast and far. All they want is your money and your beer. I think they may also want to pet Janis' hair.
